Recover Better.
Move Stronger.
Live With Confidence.

Physiotherapy built on three proven pillars: manual therapy, modalities, and movement therapy — designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery.

Our name is our method:
three pillars, one recovery.

Recovery should not feel confusing, rushed, or one-size-fits-all. We do not rely on only one method — every session combines three kinds of therapy in the mix your recovery actually needs.

Manual Therapy
Skilled hands-on treatment to understand the body — joint mobilisation and soft-tissue techniques that restore movement and settle pain.
Modalities
Targeted treatment tools and machines that support healing — [ultrasound, electrotherapy, shockwave].
Movement Therapy
Guided exercise to rebuild strength, mobility, balance, and confidence — not just pain relief today, but better movement tomorrow.

Climbing breaks you in predictable places.
We fix all of them.

With a climbing wall on either side of us, most of our patients walk in straight from a session — so climbing injuries are our deepest specialty. But whether you are recovering from injury, managing pain, or just trying to move better, you are in the right place.

From injury to send,
in three honest steps.

  1. 1

    Assessment

A full hour, not fifteen minutes. Movement testing, strength benchmarks, climbing history, and how you actually got hurt — project, board session, or opening a jar.

  2. 2

    A plan you can follow

A written rehab plan with clear loading progressions, what you can still climb (usually more than you think), and honest timelines. Updated every visit.

  3. 3

    Return to climbing

Graded re-entry: jugs before crimps, volume before intensity, top-rope before your project. We sign you off when the tissue is ready — not when the calendar says so.

We see climbing injuries
every single day.

[Your name] is a licensed physiotherapist with [X] years of clinical experience. The clinic sits right between Nanyang Climbing Wall and Nyamuk Wall Rock Climbing — so climbers have walked through this door since day one, and finger pulleys, tweaked shoulders and stubborn elbows are daily work here, not rare cases.

We do not believe in quick fixes or generic treatment plans. Every patient is assessed, guided, and treated based on their condition, goals, and daily needs. The clinic is small on purpose — your physio remembers your case, your goals, and your last session without opening a file.

  • [X]+ climbing-related injuries treated — pulleys, shoulders, elbows and beyond

Come see us before it gets worse.

Most climbing injuries respond dramatically better when treated early. If something has felt "off" for more than two weeks, that's the sign.
